I am brewing up some of this chai latte syrup today. It is a rare treat I make myself two or three times a year. I half all the ingredients as I'm the only one in the house that drinks it and I don't want a total sugar overload but it is so good... and simple. I also recommend drinking it with soya milk as stated rather than dairy. Tastes soooo much better. The soya milk's fresh taste lets the chai flavour shine through that much stronger. Enjoy! :)
